Meet our Founder
Every great story has a beginning, and for Eventsbyvelma, it started with family.
In 2022, I planned and organised my twin sister’s bridal shower. What started as something I simply wanted to do for someone I loved opened my eyes to a talent I had always possessed but never really taken seriously—planning, organising, and bringing ideas to life.
The outcome was beautiful, and the encouraging feedback from family and friends made me realise there was something special in what I had created. Then came the turning point: my younger sister asked me to plan her wedding. At first, I thought she was joking, but after she insisted, I finally agreed.
That wedding made me realise that something I naturally enjoyed could become something much bigger.
In 2024, Eventsbyvelma was officially born.
Today, as a Founder, Event Planner, and Project Manager, I am passionate about creating beautiful, seamless, and memorable experiences. From the initial idea to the final execution, we pay attention to every detail and bring our clients’ visions to life with creativity, professionalism, and intention.
What started with a bridal shower has grown into a brand built on passion, precision, and unforgettable experiences.
